Authorities Release Name of 23-Year-Old Aurora Man in Fatal Accident
The name of the 23-year-old Aurora man who was fatally injured in a single vehicle accident on March 10th, has been released by the Arapahoe County Coroner's office.
According to the authorities, Christopher Wesley Callahan was riding in a 2008 Saab that was headed south on Chambers Circle, when it is believed by police that it veered off the road and crashed into a parked cable company work van around 12 a.m. last week.
Both Callahan and the driver of the vehicle were able to exit the car after the accident, but Callahan was taken to the hospital where, tragically, he was later pronounced dead.
The driver of the Saab was a female who has since been arrested for vehicular homicide. She was uninjured in the crash. It is believed by the police that intoxication played a role in this accident.
