The Street Racing Working Group includes various police departments, sheriff’s offices, and District Attorneys. This group hosts a website where citizens can anonymously report street racing, and it received 1,533 complaints in 2023. That number rose by over 25 percent in 2024 and resulted in 360 citations, 506 traffic contacts, 11 impounded vehicles, and 16 arrests.
